We run an extensive lights out manufacturing operation, allowing us particular competitiveness in the high-volume production market. We manufacture millions of components a year in batch sizes ranging from 50 to 500,000.

Fixed Head Turning
We can bar-feed up to 76mm diameter and can chuck parts up to 300mm.
Sliding Head Turning
With 8 sliding head lathes we can manufacture small components quickly and precisely. High-volume production is the core our business: we make up to 45,000 parts each week.
Additional
From powder coating to large-scale deburring, we offer the complete service. We specialise in large volumes, but other services include, assembly, heat treatment, anodising, zinc plating and design.
